Is anyone aware of registration or licenses to practice acupuncture in the DR? How or where could one register to do that?
Many thanks in advance,
Ryan

No idea at all. I assume similar to a doctor but I don't actually know.

I will ask my dentist if she knows.

Welcome to the forums. Sounds like any other remote job.  You are not treating people here.

What would the profess be for RN-BSN to open a medical based business?

amyjdiaz

What would the process be for an RN-BSN to open a medical based business? provide therapy and or prescribe as an APRN? Does the DR recognize advanced nursing degrees like the usa?

@Priscilla Hi I’m a senior Consultant Psychiatrist here in the UK. My Spanish reading comprehension and speaking is reasonably good. Will I be eligible for a registration with the DR medical council?

planner

There is an entire process to getting Accredited.   You will need more then reasonably good Spanish.

I am New York State EMT-CC is there any type of accreditation, certification or licensing in DR

I am looking to relocate.

As an EMT I am not sure what the process is.  I guarantee you could not live on their salaries!

I'm looking to move to Dr from Cyprus. I'm a registered nurse who graduated recently. I was made to understand that I need a job offer before I can apply for a work Visa. Has anyone gone through this process before and what is the chance of getting a job in DR. I do not speak Spanish, just English.

I'm looking to relocate to DR. I'm a registered Nurse and I recently graduated from a university in Cyprus. I was told that I need to get a job offer to be able to applying for a work Visa. How possible is it to get a job in DR as a non Spanish speaking nurse. I only speak English

planner

Your chances are very slim. First you have to make sure your qualifications are transferable. Then any position will require good or fluent English

And then a great job for a nurse will pay maybe US 600 a month!
