Rent a place near Auckland Hospital and school recommendation

Where can I find a place to stay 15 mins from Auckland city hospital with close access to primary school. Any recommendation for schools.my friend said catholic schools are cheaper than the regular schools. Also I want to buy a used car. Estimated relocation is September/ October. I appreciate your valuable recommendation and appreciate it.

I would suggest a google search.
Accommodation of any kind is very expensive anywhere in Auckland and even more so the closer you get to the city centre.
Used cars are not too expensive and there are online traders and also used car yards around Auckland.
I am not up on schooling at all.
