I am coming to HCMC and am curious, are there any English speaking groups in the city? If so, how would i contact these group(s)?

It's a very bad idea to contact off forum as a lot of people try to sneak in adverts for their very overpriced language schools.
If you can't publish in the open it has to raise suspicions.
