Am I eligible for permanent residence as male spouse of Mauritian citizen if I join her in Mauritius ?

and how long will take to get the permanent residence from the first day of its application ?

Hi, I noticed that no one had replied to your question, so just thought I'd make a quick response.
The Immigration Act - accessible in Word or Pdf format at the website of the Prime Minister's Office - is quite clear on spouses of Mauritian citizens acquiring residency.
The section you need to read is 5(1)c.

As a spouse of a mauritian citizen (of either sex), yes you have the right of residence in mauritius. However, the application must be done in Mauritius itself and from submitting the application with all the supporting documents to getting your residence permit, takes 1-3 months.

The hardest part of the process is getting together the supporting documents. The list is available on the website. If you want further info, you can message me as I've gone through it.
