Thai/Indochina groceries

Ghess1000

My wife is Cambodian and very picky about things like noodles, sauces and green vegetables. Is there a good place to find food from the region? We've searched the Internet and have looked at quite a few grocery stores, but haven't found what she's looking for.

Try your nearest Wet Market

Wet markets tend to be more local than regional, don't they? At least that was true in Singapore

They usually sell what there is a market for in Malaysia, so worth a look to get the fresh greens you specifically mentioned. The markets are supplying the smaller shops and restaurants. Apparenty there has been a Cambodian stall on Jalan Alor as well - so again worth making enquiries with them. There are several Thai stalls there as well.
