My Indian passport lost from UAE. I am now in dubai on tourist visa. I got job there in oman and visa issued few days before. If i applied for new passport,may i get the same passport number if not can I change my old visa issued on my new passport number?

your old passport number will be there in your new passport so don't worry the same visa you can use.

Hi Ayshafadhi,

Get a police report on your lost passport. You can show that as the proof of losing your old passport. So your employment visa which carries that passport number can be used to enter Oman.

I received a visa .That visa is not stamped on my lost passport. Can I get there in my new passport on that visa?

Oh dear Ayesha that's really sad thing to happen to loose passport guess with the re-issuance for duplicate from embassy will help to resolve the matter. regards. raj @ muscat.
