GO TO SAUDI NATIONAL PORTAL WEBSITE AND CHECK THEIR IS SOME PROFESSION CHANGING PROCEDURE THEY ANNOUNCED ,BUT ITS FULLY IN ARABIC ,,ANY ONE KNOW VERY WELL ARABIC PLEASE CHECK AND POST HERE IN ENGLISH..BUT I DON'T KNOW ITS NEW OR OLD..

I can't find on saudi portal website kindly plz tell me where is it.or you can share screenshot.

but as i go to launch service it shows that the "Sorry there is a problem with the system"

The below mentioned details showing once the above link opened.

Number of annually transactions From 100,000 to 1,000,000

This service enables the employer to change profession of the worker through the Ministry portal except medical and some other professions

Launch Service

eService is available on the following Channels
OfficePost officesPortal

How to use the Service
User logs in to the e-services portal
User identifies the business
User selects profession change
Enter worker ID and new job title.
Search for the worker and new profession to ensure various labor rules are met.
Profession change request will be saved in Ministry of Labor database. Request will be sent to Ministry of Interior.
Business representative visits Passports Department to change the profession. Response will be sent.
Upon approval of Ministry of Interior the profession will be changed.

That is the procedure how to change profession.it has nothing to do with current situation of ban on profession change.Ban is still there.

We tried all sources agents even those asking for 10k SAR but at the end  they refused they tried but profession change is strictly banned that those who are working in jawazat they even can't change.so wait till next announcement from the government and don't rely on under the table sources or go for final exit and come back with new visa.

yes, I am also thinking of final exit and come again with the new visa. But will there be any objection from GOVT? means 1 year ago when my company applied for a work visa for me then it was rejected by GOVT of KSA. now I am thinking that I should ask the company to allow me for final exit and give me a new visa, but i am afraid it may be rejected again and I lost this profession as well.What can be the issue of rejection?

@wraza.. never take exit until u r sure u will get visa stamp on ur educational credentials.... it is better to wait for profession change process to be open..IA it will b open soon..i heard that in some cities specially in jeddah and dammam profession change starts through agents....but in riyadh it is still very strict..

Someone told me that profession change is opened sorce is Arab news but it can be a rumer bcz I checked Arab news couldn't find any news like that.you people may also check.hopefully its true this time no rumer

But if  degrees are already stamped from saudi embassy than still there are chances for visa rejection?I am also going on final exit and will be back on new visa my degrees are attested.

Why your visa was rejected?what is your profession?your education?why they rejected your visa?I am also going on final exit so that's why asking you about reason of visa rejection.

Did anyone checked on Arab News Facebook page there is some big news coming tomorrow hopefully that news may be in favour of expatriates.

who told you bro im from dammam i tried in more way through agent also not possible another one i checked in arab news in FB page not postitive for us .

@hasan2010@ nothing bro profession change related news not published .but I saw the new announcement. it means tourist VISA KSA govt approval but not get the complete detail I don't know what is the qualification for issue the tourist visa.do you have any agency r related to this filed ask to him clarify it and update also

@Hasan 2010 I am Software Engr, I came here with labor visa under another company sponsorship. Now my sponsorship is transferred the only issue is with Labor iqama. My degree was not attested previously. And why it was rejected I had no idea about that, so i m afraid to go for final exit and come with the new visa that maybe it will happen again.

My iqama.Profession is also Labour but I am engineer and going for final exit and will be back INSHALLAH on Engineer visa with  new company.and my degrees are already attested AllhamdulillAh.

Yes I am from Pakistan.and when you are going on final exit you will come back with new visa so no issue of iqama profession bcz your old iqama is of no use you will get new iqama when with your new visa once you arrive on KSA again INSHALLAH.final exit means that you we will get new visa new iqama.

@warza@bro did you  attestested your document???? otherwise first do attestation after that go back to home country and issue new visa came back.Before attestation don't do any exit bro its complete risk

Attest your degrees from your home country.

I decided to wait for profession change until September, otherwise, I will ask my company to give me the new visa if they have. if the profession change will open soon Insha Allah, then I have to attest my degree from home country to change the profession here without final exit, so will it be able to attest with this labor iqama?

For engineers,Is there any way to change profession?

Can anyone explain what is "Decision Challenge"?  as said in MOI website.
