Why do people always post their phone numbers like it's normal - mad amounts of freaks crawling around the net waiting for that next phone number to pop up ...

i will tell u why this is a haven for this type. there is a sudden craze of guys advertizing their numbers or bb codes to catch some young innocent girls. it is the new form of dating in saudi. where dating is taboo. there r so many tricks they use to catch unsuspecting girls who may not be street smart...where did i get my information from? hmmmm better not tell but there was something about this on LBC news. sadly gullible people do exist.

Well, good grief!  They're throwing their phone numbers into taxi cab windows or doing bluetooth at the mall.

In the US, people are very careful with their cell phone #'s... want to know why?  Because in the US, BOTH people have to pay.  The one who makes the call AND the one who receives it!  So trust me, you don't want a bunch of idiots calling or it's costing YOU money!!

Another thought:  it's impossible to trace the number and find out your name so there IS a certain amount of security.  PLUS.. these people can easily get a new SIM card if somebody starts bothering them.

At home, we're locked into a *plan* so your number isn't so easily changed.

oh...how i wish that system could be used here.

Oh, I love this post about everything and nothing so I couldn't resist to write something LOL:

Regarding Pamela Anderson, she's not pretty anymore... I saw a movie with her as a sidekick actress (avoiding prankers attack, it was a regular B15 cops movie) filmed 20 or 25 years ago and at that time she was beautiful without silicon and botox. Ok, she's always looked fit and the media has helped to improve her image but I have to say that there are too many concepts of beauty in this world just to pick one (she may belong to a couple for sure).

Regarding "finding soulmates", I think that confidence is what makes people hook up easily. Let me talk about my experience: in my whole life I've dated sometimes but twice they were really gorgeous girls (latin american standards, which are considered also high) and the results didn't rely on their beauty because one case was the most embarassing experience ever and the other one almost ended in wedding (it didn't work anyway). Maybe a person with good attitude, more or less well dressed, self-confident and having clear objectives may have more probabilities to find a person with the characteristics that make both compatible. There's also a say: "If you don't get what you tried for, you may have to do something different to get it"

Regarding gays, not all of them look smart and classy, that's a myth.
