How many of our members have been affected?
Which areas were affected?

I have never been affected by floods in Malaysia. I lived on high floors in Condos but even the streets in my areas never got flooded. How is it in Brisbane?

Not directly affected, but try to stay off the roads. KL traffic gets crazy with heavy rain.

Gravitas

I live in Penang and can confirm last weekend was a nightmare when the edge of a typhoon affected Penang. There are still ongoing warnings but so far none has touched the area yet. The clear up is still going on everywhere. In my small area alone 12 trees were smashed down by the wind, 2 cars wrecked and 1 bus stop obliterated (i.e. within 200 metres). With all the windows closed, water was pouring in and everyone experienced water in their homes if they had any easterly aspect. Flooding was widespread and mainland Penang came off badly as well as the island.

Heard reports here in Australia  that mainland parts of Malaysia were also affected?
Hoping the clean up is going well , for everyone
