Importing and mooring a yacht I am sailing UK - Mauritius

In two years I and Mauritian wife are sailing a 9.5 metre Elizabethan ketch from UK to Mauritius.
I am looking for somewhere not expensive to keep the boat.
I am also concerned with import issues if anyone can give me good advice many thanks
