Hello and Good day,

I'm working at Pattaya City in a private international school and I decided not to continue my work (I was on probational 1 month), I got Non-B 3 days before I started teaching.

This morning I was confronted by the wife of the director that my Non-B will be canceled, and I should go to Laos or Cambodia this Friday, if not she will call someone in the office she didn't name and will cancel my Non-B and that every day I will be paying 500 as a penalty.

I decided to stop working in the school because I realized that the management is chaotic, as a first-time teacher I'm not mentally stable to handle the additional pressure coming from a management like that.

Question: Can the school cancel my NON-B?

Please, can you advise me?

I will be going to Chonburi Immigration this Thursday to ask for advice as well.

Non B to expired on January 8, 2018
Paid 7,500 Baht No reimbursement

Thank you and kind regards.

The school can cancel your visa and work permit assuming you have one.
