Perhaps the company need to justify why they need to hire you. the whole process gonna be much more easier if you have supporting Government agency to give supporting letter.

Gravitas

The company will need to show they have tried to find a local Malaysian for the role by advertising in appropriate places (not just on noticeboards in universities for example). This is one of the major reasons for hiring foreign staff. They also need to show you have skills which are very specific to the job they want to hire you for and you have previous experience in that type of role. There is no standard letter but you could look on Myexpat as they have examples of various correspondence https://expats.com.my/expats/msc/document-library/
