I am looking forward to some Job. i am masters in mass communication and can do fairly well Marketing and HR related jobs.

You could check out Robert Walters recruitment. You need to match your previous experience to the job spec - that's how it's done here.

HR jobs are 99.9% of the time awarded to Malaysians. If it is with RW itself, then there would be no work permit as the renumeration is based on commission. Apply for Mass Comm jobs only.

If I remember the RW website correctly there are details of who is the person responsible for the recruitment on each vacancy.

You need minimum 2 years' experience in the duties of a job to get a visa. Without that immigration will reject the application.
