Can you still teach english as an american only with high scholl ?

I am an american citizen, I have only the high school (GED) made in USA and the TEFL course made on line.
Do I have any chances to become a teacher in Vietnam?

How should I start?

Hi Oliver, its gonna be tough, non of the big schools will touch you without a degree at the moment.
There are a fair few language schools around and as long as your prepared to knock on a few doors you should be able to find work.
