Mother visa rejected

Hi,
Can anybody help me as I have applied for my mother visa 3 years back from Sharjah through agent and it was rejected. After that 2 times I have applied from dubai same result... after discussing with some one I came to know I have to first cancel the visa from sharjah...

Can anybody help How to cancel the visa from sharjah.

Have gone to sponsor he is not helping and saying there is no way of cancelling the visa once rejected..

My mother has not visited UAE anytime before.

same happend to me my mother visa got rejected from Abu dhabi due to an unknown reasons still confused whether to apply for another one or not.
