Hi All, any idea what is the income tax percentage in ShenZhen. Is there a government website to go to for my HR to check before I head down in Jan.

You must be an American. China does not do taxes like the West. Great news this!

Regarding the actual amount... All this information should be gathered by your HR at your employer. IF they are not doing it then you have a very incompetent HR staff. There is no reason what so ever for you to worry about it in the least.
