How to obtain visa/permit/join EU spouse to stay in Luxembourg

Hi,
I am Indonesian, married to an EU citizen, and living in France since 2010. I have carte de sejours for France that allows me to live and work and the permit valid for 10 years.
Currently my husband works in Luxembourg and soon I probably will join him.
Is anyone have information on how to obtain the join spouse visa for a non EU citizen who has been living in EU country like me? Do I have to arrange everything from the scratch or is it going to be simpler, given my status currently?
