Moving from Bahrain to Qatar

Good morning,

We only just arrived that we are looking at moving again!!!

My husband has gotten a great offer from Qatar and we are most likely moving there in the spring. What would have been a very simple move a year ago is a bit of a nightmare now thanks to all the politics... (We are staying well clear of said politics though!)

We will have a shipment of about 400 cubic feet (boxes with the odd small bit of furniture such as toy trunk, etc) to get there on boat or whatever is most convenient.

How do we do this??? Any recommendation for removal companies? The one we used to get to Bahrain has a fairly bad reputation in Qatar so we are open to there suggestions.

We are British, fyi.

Best bet is to go with the bigger companies like Allied pickfords. Due to the politics, the standard routes are now much longer and the smaller localised companies just don't have that kind of reach to navigate that complexity.
