How much for real estate agent tips?

Hi all!

I’m planning to live in Hanoi for three/six months and looking for an apartment.
I found some really nice through real estate agency and I’d like to know how much money is usually given as tips to the agents.

Nothing, the owners pay them one months rent as commission.

In a word, if the monthly rental is, for instance, 600$ I can pay only 1800$ for three months and it’ll be ok 👌 ?

You just pay the rent. The owner pays the agent. Some agents will ask for money, don't pay them anything.
