you should contact to a real estate broker about conditions. Bit as long as i know, we have to pay directly, they dont accept credit.

Estate agents mess up the world for way too many people, and that's in every country.
They force up prices, a direct cause of so many financial problems for so many people, but no one ever seems to notice how property prices go up at such crazy rates compared to the rest of the economy.
It's obviously manipulated but nothing is ever done to stop these vultures.
