Hi,
I was supposed to start a job in Mauritius back in August but unfortunately things changed. I shipped about 20kgs of stuff to Mauritius which has only just arrived. Luckily, I have a friend traveling to Johannesburg in 2 weeks who can collect the package and bring it home to me in the states. So, my question for the forum is - whats the cheapest way I can get stuff shipped from Mauritius to South Africa? Or is anyone traveling to Johannesburg in the next week or so who could bring along another bag (paid for of course!). It's just books, statutes, and some clothes that I wrapped the statutes in, but I would really love to have it all back :D

Cheers!

If only 20 kgs, the cheapest way is to get someone traveling from Mauritius to bring it back to SA.
If you can't do that, the. the next cheapest way is to send it via expedited standard shipping by the Mauritius Post.

Then you have the international shipping companies but at higher rates.

Yeah, I'm hoping I might be able to find someone flying to SA in the next week or so....

Also, ughs, thats statues not laws (statutes) that are in my parcel... haha
