Rent or Buy?

Thinking about moving/spending significant time in Agadir, I would come out for a month or so at a time initially, the pull of my grand children tempers things somewhat. Initially I "think" I would like a ground floor (I can't do stairs and don't trust lifts) apartment. One bed is fine with space to sleep in the lounge and ideally with access to a pool, 10/15 minutes/ 20 dirhams taxi ride from sea front. Any idea as to what something on these lines might cost as a rental? Is there a good sized supermarket/hypermarket in the Agadir area? Suggestions please for a good English or at least English speaking property sales/rental agent.
