Here is how to get a truck drivers license in Romania as a non citizen

Hello there!
I just spend a whole lot of time writing an article/guide. Its all I learned from my adventure to obtain a truck drivers license in Romania. I am at the point where I passed both theoretical and practical exams for the license category C, which makes me very happy as one might understand. But know I am waiting (once again) to be able to start with the practice for category CE. I should have started 3 days ago but the instructors truck is broken. Well, that's the kind of thing I signing up for, I guess...
