Bilingual public schools in Puerto Rico

Hello, I have did my research multiple times and saw the same results, but its a new year and I'm hoping things have changed down there.
I'm interested in finding bilingual public high schools grades 10 and 12 in Puerto rico if not id like to know if there are any public schools that teach courses in English just for the kids who are unable to speak Spanish. The private schools are very expensive so id like to know if there are any public schools that offer these benefits in any area of Puerto Rico

I'm not aware of 100% public bilingual schools. The schools offer a course in English but to my understanding that's it.
