Well, I answered the bio questions about myself and I thought my question was pretty straight forward.  Don't quite understand what you're looking for.

Still waiting for a reply.  What more information do you require?

Thanks.

BUMP...I have read on-line that only people with a service connected disability can use the Manila clinic.  I would like to know if this is true.  What about just picking up meds there if you get the prescription from a VA in the USA?  If I  cant use the Manila clinic at all, I am assuming Hawaii is the closest VA?  I also read that you can rent a private PO Box from a business in the States and they will box up and forward your mail/meds to you in whatever foreign country you are living in.  Good way to get around the VA not shipping meds overseas?  Any input is appreciated.  Thank you.

You might want to check out Guam, a lot closer than Hawaii.

OK.  Thanks, forgot about Guam.

Have you anyone you know gathered data directly from personnel to learn for sure the clinic only can be visited by persons with service related disabilities?

It would seem out of ordinary that other Vets could not get medications they’ve been prescribed stateside and have subsequently relocated to Philippines.

Does anyone have a 2022 update on how well the VA Manila Clinic is managing its Foreign Medical Program for Veterans?
