Part time jobs for international students

Hello everyone. My name is Azeez, a Nigerian. I am considering coming to Rwanda next year for a BSc degree program. I would like to know if there are part time jobs available for students generally and if international students are allowed to work part time to gain some work experience.

It's a bit challenging getting a job here as a student in Rwanda, I discover there are more opportunities for entrepreneurs than Job seekers.
