Yes and no.

As per law, overtime is paid as follows:

Daytime hours: Hourly wage plus 25% of hourly wage per hour worked
Night time hours:  Hourly wage plus 50% of hourly wage per hour worked
Holidays:  Hourly wage plus 150% of hourly wage per hour worked

Effective working hours cannot exceed more than 10 hours a day and the worker cannot be present at the premises for more than 11.  So that basically means that the maximum overtime you can get is 2 or 3 hours a day (legally).

As far as the no part is concerned, a company can set its policies in a way to exclude certain categories from being eligible for overtime.  General rule of thumb is that shift based production employees, cleaning staff and drivers are entitled for overtime whereas the rest are not.   This varies company to company and also unionised set ups are more likely to get overtime than non-unionised.

On the salary, you can browse the threads to get an idea about cost of living.  It really depends on your lifestyle.

If a company takes a fixed overtime of 3 hours, then what should be its overtime pay

If the staff does not want to work overtime, can the company force them to work overtime?

Read the contract which you have signed, if there are no terms mentioned for over time then you can complain at the Expat protection centre (Google for more details)
