Other than expensive, adventure sports and trekking, what are some little known, local favorites?

A lot of people seem to end up with an extra couple days after trekking and may not want to do the adventure sports activities. What's your best tip for tourists in Pokhara? Is the little mo;mo place still there that makes chocolate mo;mo? Best restaurant, quiet park with great views, anything to make a special memory?
