House contract for VISIT VISA REQUIREMENTS

Post new topic

tintin_mcns

Hello,

I'm Tin from Philippines.

Hope someone can help me.
I'm currently gathering information for my visit visa requirements for Romania.

I'm planning to visit my boyfriend's family to meet them first time by December this year. I will stay in my boyfriends house during my stay there, so with this, I will need my bf's house contract  and his invitation letter as one of requirements for my visa . However there's one problem, their house is under his auntie's name.

In this case, does his auntie should be the one to make the invitation letter since the house is under her name ? If so, his auntie doesn't have a passport, is it okay to just present any valid ID's?

INVITATION LETTER

Another thing,  if EVER his auntie will do the invitation , will it be okay to put my bf name on the invitation?

Since I will stay in their house, they will include in the invitation that they will shoulder my staY there so Whose bank statement should I ask my bf or his auntie?

Format of invitation letter , should it be in Romanian or English language ?

Please bear with me if I have a lot of questions😅😅😅😅

Thank you😄

1- Only owner of the house can send you accommodation letter in which she will state it's her/his house, how many rooms they have or they have extra room for sponsors stay etc.

2 - Your bf or his aunt both can sponsor you but your relation is with your bf ( strong one ) so he can sponsor you with his aunt's house contract ( with all her documents).

3 - If only your bf is sponsoring you then his and yours otherwise you all ( Banks statement ).

- Whether you or they have enough fund to support your or own trip.

If everything seems complicated for you just get the sponsor letter and book a hotel for accommodation.

Good luck and wish you get your visa soon.

Hi sir in my case its his (romanian bf) moms apartment and shes working outside the country, my question isl it possible he will rent that apartment so he can get the temporary ownership so it will be in his name and so that he can use the invitation letter u der gis name for me because he worried that her mom is not currently in teir country to help us with his paper..we need your friendly advice because were confused sometimes if how we can possibly do it... thank u a lot

IonutKarina

hi there😊
also i would like to ask if maybe u have an idea what are those requirements they have to send me together with their invitation letter? thank u

In that situation he needs his mom's consent agreement for that she has to be signed some docs and physically present otherwise same as I aforementioned Hotel is the other option.

Hi Deep_0175

Question on this part

2 - Your bf or his aunt both can sponsor you but your relation is with your bf ( strong one ) so he can sponsor you with his aunt's house contract ( with all her documents)

If my bf aunt will be the host, the documents will be coming from her. She does not have a passport. Is it okay to just present any identification cards?
Can you tell me the exact documents she will need to provide aside from house contract?

Thanks a lot😊

Her property paper (House Registry) in which it is stated that she is the owner of the house ,How many rooms are available and how many members they are living ,her consent letter whether she is agree for offering accommodation ,her ID card, ITR's/Buste Paga, her work ( Employment letter/Job letter etc.) if she is doing so, also a document in which it states that she is your bf's aunt or she can write it down on his behalf and notarize it.

Note :- You might not needed her ITR's/Buste Paga, her work ( Employment letter/Job letter etc.) it depends on officer at the moment of submitting file.

Thanks Deep_1725 :top:

So the invitation letter will be from my bf and the accommodation letter will be from her aunt  am I correct?

Deep_0175

Yes but if your bf had the (own the house ) your case might be more strong also attach your bf's all documents (id,itr, passport  copy etc.). You also include your insurance and return confirmed air ticket.

But who need to proof the that 500 EURO per month, the owner or the inviter, im confused
too, and if the statament of his salary is below 500, is bad ?

Deep_0175

That 500 euros  is for the inviter/ sponsor.Suppose you husband or your mom or dad in is phil and you want to apply their (in pr case ) papers from romania or italy then you have to be show 500 euro for per person in your income (additional, if you earn 500 then has to be 1000 to sponsor other family member).that means you have sufficient income/salary to support them /him /her when they are in abroad (because  gov't don't want any burden)
