Need for advice for building a house

Good evening to all..I am a new member here..I just want to ask any advice and suggestion..I am planning to build a house with 300,000 php budget with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom.in province area located in Davao del Norte Phil...do you think the budget will be enough?..thank you hope to see some response..:
