Hi. I have been here a few months now in Aregua. Before moving we had installed a Manchini water tank heater for domestic use. Now it has virtually stopped working. Someone who seems to know ab out these things hss said that this make needs cleaning out every 3 months. That is completely un acceptable and we are looking for altern atives. Can anyone please advise us. Thanks a bunch.
