Fumba Town Development

Hi all
My husbands and I are looking to purchase a 1 bedroom apartment within the Fumba Town Development. We'd like to set it up as an airbnb stay.

Has anyone been to the Fumba Town Development area and checked out the development? How does it look in person? (as we're still just thinking about it, we haven't actually gone to see it in
How is Fumba in terms of attracting tourists?
Are there cheap options to furnishing the house? Where can one go to buy a TV, sofas, bed etc?

I’m interested to know too -what is really like in Fumba town . Is there a community

or is it a white elephant ?? is there a buzz or no atmosphere

I just returned two weeks ago, stayed in an Airbnb there. I have videos and pictures if needed. Fuma town is stocked with Expats. Restaurant prices inside the area are high compared to local restaurants.
