You can visit any money exchange and send to India, per transaction SR 20 only charge.

If you have the money as cash and yet there is no bank account; try western union to send the money to India

If you don't have Iqama you can not use Western Union or any moneytransfer provider . The only thing you can do ask to ask your company to transfer the money to your Indian account or they send it with via western union

It is really easy to transfer money even if you do not have a bank account. Like other fellows said, Just visit a  Western Union office near you and transfer money.

Are you sure about the Iqama rule for western union / Xpress money?   I think it depends on the amount that you transfer i.e. above a certain amount, they may ask for it.

Because, I have transferred recently without an Iqama - had to take passport though.

Iqama is required to transfer money through WU. I remember they asking for it few years back, but currently no idea whether they ask for it or not !

Thanks all for your grt valuable information......actually I asked employer to send my salary to India bank direct they are ready to sent but they said  apart from Bank charges of ( 30 $ ) there will be additional 5% holding tax on gross salary.... is it so ?? ... any idea !!!

They are referring to Withholding tax which is liable on all non-resident companies or individuals who provide services to Saudi companies.  It seems as if they will list you as a vendor and then pay you which means that, yes, they are liable for WHT.

But you should challenge them that they should have gotten you an Iqama so that you could open an account.  If they employed you without one then they shouldn't penalize you for these charges - as that is not your fault and is not fair.
