Hi to all.
Hoping for some help. I came to marry my fiancé here. I had all my documents, but did not get them sealed . I have got new Documents sealed in the USA and sent to me here in Brazil, Victoria ES. They are now in customs sense July the 5th. Is this usual for customs. Is there a way to contact them via phone. I arrived here on a tourist visa May 26, good for 90 days. Plan on getting it extended this coming week.  Thanks for any help, David

It would be better if you post this on the relevant country forum, rather than an international one (here).

Hi DLHarris,

Your topic is now on the Brazil forum.

Thanks,

A shipment strictly of documents should have been released by now.  Call the Customer Service number of the shipping company (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.), and ask them what information they need to get it released.  They should know.
