Urgent help to return to Italy to complete studies

My permesso expired .I have a receipt from post office and a letter from the academy where Iam a student.
But without a visa will I be given a boarding pass by airlines and get immigration cleared at exit port in India
Please help
Here at India,the italian consulate or embassy staff are not cooperative to contact they just send generic reply to mails

Contact your university or the concern office of local immigration authorities.
I believe I have seen some posts here in forum that says, you can enter Italy with the receipt. You can check with right authorized person in Airlines as well.
Best would be your university people or local authorities. Good luck.
