My wife and I are both english/french speaking paramedics from Canada. We want to move to Honduras. Anyone knows where i can find information about working in my field?

Hi Pat
Are you both Canadians? Or do you have Honduran passport?
I recommend you to volunteer in paramedics in Honduras first. then you will see if you like the way of living and the culture here in Honduras. I did voluntary work some years ago. Let me know if you are interested in volunteering.
I guess it is quite hard to get work permission as a Canadian.
