Enrolled Nurse for Singapore Please Help

Post new topic

Hi. Im a nurse from the Philippines and I have a pending application as Enrolled Nurse in Singapore. I already passed the interview and SNB exam. However, I am planning to back out because of some personal issues. Will the agency (which I applied to, in Manila) charge me of fees so I can get my passport and other documents back? I hope somebody replies. Thank you.

A nasty situation that will undoubtedly cost you. Can I suggest you ask your agency  for accurate answers firstly, and while perhaps prudent to ask here will proffer different and ofttimes ill informed advice, best to go to the source you have been dealing with and understand the ramifications of your decision.

Cheers, Steve.

Did you sign an agreement when you hired them to place you?  The contracts I have seen usually specify any and all service charges involved for whatever they do or don't do for you.

Good luck.

Exactly as Mugtech said. Am sure you did sign some documents, and it would be rather sad if you did not take time to read them nor demand a copy after signing.

If you do have the contract go through it and see what it says about withdrawing your application or ask them a copy of the contract and the company's terms and conditions.

If you don´t have a copy of a signed agreement to go through, e-mail or even better call them to know more of the consequences on withdrawing.

Yeah, I just realized that now. I didn´t look at the date of the OP beforehand.
