My flatmate is moving out at the end of November, so I'm looking for someone to rent her room.

It's a furnished master room with an ensuite in One Oasis. Air conditioning, washer dryer, cooking facilities all included.

7000HKD a month plus bills. Two months deposit required. One year contract.

I am 26,female and from the UK.
