I am in UK but I know there are salsa nights in Jeddah on a semi regular basis.
Plus there could be starter lessons for beginners about to commence in Jeddah.

I will link you up with someone if you are interested.
My husband informs me many ex pats have left in the past year and the social scene is dwindling.
Salsa nights are very multinational I believe.Everyone from very beginners to expert level attend.
Everyone is friendly too.
