Try Google. Put in something like “jobs in German in English insurance sector. One site to look at is www.indeed.com. Of course most jobs will require fluent German. Any that don’t will still require knowledge of the specific field. But even if you find such jobs, why would they hire someone from India? A German company first needs to hire local or EU citizens. To bring someone from outside the EU is bureaucratic as they have to prove they couldn’t find a viable EU candidate to fill the job. Due to a shortage of qualified people in some high tech or academic fields this is possible. There are even special situations like the EU Blue Card Visa for people in demanded areas.  Not sure if this is true in any sector of finance or insurance. You should first familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations about getting jobs at the German government immigration website www.bamf.de

Moving to a foreign country is not easy and needs good preparation and planning.
First, you need to learn German. Your job chances depend on this.
Second, do some research about your industry in Frankfurt and what are their current manpoower needs. Evaluate whether there is a fit with your skills. Then contact the potential employers you identified.
Third, as Tom said above, realize that you will always be at a disadvantage compared to locals and EU citizens. Thus focus on areas where you are skilled, but few or no locals are.
Good luck!

Apparently you aren't an expert in geography: Frankfurt is NOT in Switzerland!

So you still expect to find a job in Switzerland in the Germany forum (and under a subject line saying Frankfurt)?
I have my doubts.

The excuse given as to why one would post on the German forum while looking for a job is Switzerland make no sense.

And I do not mean it as a personal insult but honestly, objectively, the English used is very bad; either a terrible computer translation or from one who is deficient in using the language. And in Switzerland, one will need German and/or French or Italian for the vast majority of jobs - and likely good English in addition.

Getting a job in such a field with only English will be difficult. And even if possible, it should be on a high level. Someone presenting themselves as a professional English speaker that can post such a sloppily written post would simply get laughed at in Switzerland. And sorry but potential employers don't care how much desire one has to get a job as much as what their skills are. It's about what you have to offer them , not the other way around.
