Exciting role for fluent French Speaker in Cork

Hello!

We have an opportunity in Cork for a fluent French speaker with English. The position is for a Customer Service and Sales Support Associate. If you are interested, please send your CV to admin@expect.ie.

Working with one of the most well-known global online brands, our client is offering dynamic multi-cultural environment, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry. You will deal with customers across France, providing the highest levels of customer service by phone and email.

The Role

•    Deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation across a  suite of products for merchants
•    You will prospect, qualify and close high potential merchants that deliver competitive selection, pricing, and availability
•    Provide telephone and email Customer Service Support to merchants, you will have a passion for providing the highest levels of service
•    Respond to customer contacts in a timely and accurate manner in line with company service levels
•    Work to team and individual goals for response times, resolution of problems and call volumes
•    Aim to be the best, always aiming for the highest standard of Customer Service
•    Interact with other departments to make things happen and solve issues
•    Deal with complaints in relation to incorrect or late orders, and damaged goods
•    Reporting to your Team Manager you will strive to meet your objectives
•    This purely a customer support position (no sales involved)

Requirements
•    Fluency in French is essential, both written and spoken
•    Good English language is required, non-fluent speakers will be considered, you will be working with the French market
•    Customer service skills with a good telephone manner
•    Adaptable and flexible approach
•    Able to work on own initiative
•    Mature outlook and able to resolve problems effectively
•    Team Player with ability to learn fast
•    Experience in outbound sales an advantage
•    Call Centre or Customer Service experience preferred (4 weeks of training provided)
•    Good computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and databases
•    Strong communication skills
•    Customer Focused and good inter-personal skills
