Hello everyone,I am new to this site but hoping for unbiased insight towards the Bansko/Raslog district.Any information regarding the community,nationalities,costs of basics,infrastructures such as trains buses taxis,roads,entertainment,clubs/associations.I am looking to buy an apartment and live in it at least 6 moths each year.I also intend to visit the area shortly to view properties etc.

I holiday'd there a few years ago and found it fine, nice square with traditional inns and restaurants, decent supermarket, easy to drive around the area, also the drive down from Sofia was lovely. It may not be the info' you are looking for but as a family we enjoyed our stay there, as with almost all parts of Bulgaria we have stayed, and visited.
