Monthly for one person would probably be around
($1 usd = 2600 tugrug roughly)
600k - 1 million tugrug - for rent
utilities - 200k tugrug
new mobile phone - 1 million for IPhone 7 maybe more
just use facebook to join expat group

Food comes down to 500k to 1 million depending on if u cook or not
