Good day all.
I would like to know detail about end of contract benefits calculation amount. As per saudi labour law emeployee is entitle for ESB at the end of his/her contract. The amount my company use for calculating ESB is our basic salary+housing but other benefits like transportation etc that we also receive every month as part of our full gross salary.

As per labour law what the right amount. Full gross mothly salary or basic written in contract to calculate ESB.

Note:full gross salary doesn't include any bonus or service commission etc. It is actual salary but just in salary slip and contract they break this salary with different label/head.

Please confirm.

Please also confirm how responsive/copporative Saudi labour office people are with expats to resolve ESB types of cases. Is there any email address to contact and get advice from ministry of labour.
