If you want a "proper" answer, you need to give "proper" details.

Specifically; are you referring to a visit visa or an Iqama?  if visa, what is the days of stay allowed on it?

If it is a visa, then you can enter and exit as you like during the validity period.   There are no charges on entry or exit.

If it is an iqama, you can also enter and exit as you like but need to apply for a single exit re-entry or multiple exit re-entry before leaving Saudi - this costs money.

I have a visa but not Iqama, My Visa is Family Visit visa Multiple Exit Re Entry type, and Valid for 365 days(1year) Duration of stay mentioned 90 days. I already Entered once and exit after 1 month, Visa still valid  untill Nov 2019. My concern is is there any requirement for Entry within 3 month or something, because I have planned to visit again after 6 month of my first exit. so any regulation or formalities for that.

My question is my Iqama is valid not 2.5 months and is it possible for her to come without any issue or do i need to renew my iqama first then she can come?
