New Single Work Permit Procedure - Belgium

Hi Everyone I need help!! On the 3rd of January I sent in my papers for a work permit in Belgium. However, the papers were sent back to me and I was asked to add papers for the new single work permit procedure. I have added these new documents and submitted them. The problem is that I have now heard that it could take 4 months to receive this permit!!! Is this really possible?? Has someone maybe already received their single work permit? I cannot believe that this whole process can take 4 months

Hello,

just do it and send it by email to the embassy by email. They'll ask you to send it by post if need.

That's technically not a reason of a denied, especially if you contact them to submit a legal """fix"""

need your help to get some clarification on single permit and work permit.

After applying for a single permit

does the employer 1st receive my work permit before the single permit is issued to me ?

If i ask them to transfer it to me, can i use it to submit visa application ? or should i wait to receive the single permit to apply for visa ?
