Kindly share the differences in terms of documents required and procedures.

Thanks.

nareshmk

Congrats @Familykhan...

Finally You received it...

how did you get? by direct email to you or your employer informed?

Thanks,
Naresh.

csuresh86

Hi all,

Finally, i received the single permit  through mail.

Submission date: 14th Mar 2019
WP Approved: 2nd April 2019
Single permit: 13th June 2019.

From the submission date, it took approximately 3 months to get the single permit.

I have a query on applying visa. I got the below three document thorough mail.

1.letter of the Immigration Office
2.letter of the Brussels  region
3.annex 46: authorization to work and stay in Belgium

There are 2 kinds of Visa -type D (unique and non-unique). Which visa i need to apply(unique or non-unique)?

Visa D -unique  -https://india.diplomatie.belgium.be/sites/default/files/content/visa_d-work_more_than_90_days_unique_permit.pdf

Visa D- other than unique - https://india.diplomatie.belgium.be/sit … permit.pdf

Note: I am Indian citizen , currently staying in India

nareshmk

I think immigration team processing application in descending order.

even one of my colleague and I applied on same day. he got single permit yesterday. but still i didnt get..hope today or monday I will get

fabowuapp

Hi,

Which date was your application declared admissible?

nareshmk

date of application: 12-02-2019

data of admissabke : 26-02-2019
WP APPROVAL : 26-12-2019 same day

fabowuapp

I guess you are close to the 120 days where it is considered given by default.

JoyeeG

@nareshmk,

OOOH!!! Yours is getting delayed like anything!

You know you can try calling at the Immigration office and check there (Immigration Office - Office des Etrangers - Immigration Office
Infodesk
T 0032 (0) 2 793 80 00 ), but they need some application number (which your employers mostly have, I mean whoever raised it).

Hope you get it soon. Because I applied later than yours... If you don't get, i am sure mine will be delayed further.

Regards.

JoyeeG

Hi Suresh, Congrats on your SP! Could you kindly tell your date for 'Letter of admissibility' also ? I am just trying to calculate from that date... :/

Regards.

Hello All,

I am also little anxious.

1. My work permit document was submitted on 6th May.
2. Then i got query to submit additional document on 17th May
3. Again i got additional query to submit more documents on 7th June.

It is already been 6 week over. Please let me know do we get any mail that document is accepted from ministry or we need to update from employer only

Kostadorn

Honestly, there's no sense of trying to calculate. There're ppl who applied much later than me and already have permits, while I have no news so far. It may depend on the person who is taking care of your application, on proffesion,on the moon phase, no clue on what 😂

The employer will receive the email that your application is completed. Since this date, they have 120 days to give you the feedback. Yes dude, 4 month to wait. It can take 2 month, can take all 4. No one knows on what it depends unfortunately :(

nareshmk

Hi, when did you apply and date of wp?

Kostadorn

From my side:
Applied - 19/02/19
Confirmation that application is complete: 14/03/19

Since then, no news so far.. 😪
Normally, less than a month left for the final deadline.

nareshmk

yahh.. definetely they are processing in reverse order for sure..

my dates: application: 12-02-2019

date of admissable and WP : 26-02-2019.

but still no news. :/:(

Hey, that means in 9 days they reach a deadline and you will receive Annex 47 (automatic single permit approval). A bit more than a week for you! I'm my case it took almost a month just to confirm that the application is admissible😁 For me couple of weeks till deadline too. Honestly, I was sure it will take less than 4 month, but as we can see 🤷 Please, keep us updated in case you receive annex 46 or 47! And good luck, you are very very close!

nareshmk

Hi sure,

what is difference between annexe46 and annexe 47?

Kostadorn

nareshmk wrote:

Annex 46 they send when they reviewed your application and approved from both authorities (WP+RP=SP)
Annex 47 is sent when they did not made a review yet, but the deadline of 120 days was reached already  (certificate that SP is approved automatically). If they do not review the application within 120 days (do not reply yes/no or do not request extra time), your SP is approved automatically

nareshmk

Thank you for the detailed explanation.

Onkaf

Hello guys,

Why not you call them and ask about the delay? There is some alternative procedure if 1 or 2 months has been passed and still no news.

fabowuapp

Hi
Please what is the alternative procedure?
I called them last week. Was 2 months 2 weeks. All the lady could tell me is "no decision yet".
Please tell us about the alternative

Kostadorn

The same from my side. The employer contacted them, but they were not able to update us :/

No, it's not done randomly. It is according to the preparatory quality of the files ...

Do you honestly think you're the only person waiting for an answer ...

A well prepared file is processed in minimum regulatory time. But concerning others, do not be surprised by the delays ...

Guys,

I have some info which might be useful for somebody. I remember someone asked this question before already. I have the same story, so my employer found it out.

"If you are a citizen of a country for which Visa is not needed in principal to entrance EU , do you need a VISA D in case of a Single permit?"

1. YOU DO NOT NEED VISA D in case you have provided your future Belgian address with your Single Permit application. In this case, Immigration Office will send annex 46 (or 47) to you, employer and to the City Hall of your future residence. You have to go to the city hall once you are in BE with printed annex 46 (or 47) and they will register you + provide a single permit card.

2. YOU DO NEED VISA D in case you didn`t know yet your future residence address and did not provide it in your single permit application. In this case, Immigration Office will send annex 46 (or 47) to you, employer and to the Embassy of your current residence. Even if you do not need a Visa to entrance Belgium in general, City Hall with refuse you registration as far as they did not receive documents from the Office. In this case, VISA is required to get your single permit.

I hope this can be useful to ppl who was curious about it.

sagar_nv

Hello, I remember someone asking about admin fee change from 200 Euro to 204 Euro.  so my employer found it out.

" In case you paid the administrative fee prior to 1 June 2019, no additional action from your side is required. In the event that you paid after 1 June 2019, you will have to pay the remaining amount via the same way"

Hoping this information maybe helpful for someone in this forum.

Thanks,
Sagar

What is an indefinite WP ?
I think you can get indefinite WP only once you have 4 WP's type B.

Can you comment on this ?

ashutoshd9

The website of werk.be is recently updated with information about temporary work permit, which may be granted if your WP is in renewal and you got work approval but waiting for final decision and residence card is still valid. Anybody any experiences regarding this?
Mainly people who got WP approval (1st level) in last week/this week?

1. My work permit document was submitted on 6th May.

Here is the text from the website:

As a result, the employer and employee may therefore be confronted with a "waiting period" between the end date of their expiring work permit and the start date of the combined permit to be issued.

In order to avoid a possible suspension of existing employment, the Flemish Department of Economic Migration will in certain cases officially grant a work permit and work permit, pending the final final decision on the combined permit.
Such a temporary work permit and work permit guarantee continuation of employment during the period that the employee still has a valid residence permit, pending the final decision on the combined permit.

Where did you get this info from.. I am reading https://dofi.ibz.be/sites/dvzoe/FR/Guid … nique.aspx

it says:

"NOTICE: A non-EU citizen who does not have a visa for a stay of up to 90 days is not obliged to apply for a D visa. However, not applying for this visa is a risk."

Read in detail in the link provided.

I said it in my message: my employer find it out with the agency and city hall. Embassy replied exactly the same.

Hi, this letter just says that the package is complete and all necessary documents to start there process are there. You cannot apply for a visa until the final e-mail with the decision of giving you a single permit is not received. You have to wait for a final decision which can take up to 120 days. Only with this one you can apply for a visa.
