I am Holding an Indian Passport and i am in muscat,Oman on a visit visa, I have an Entry permit - Employment Visa for UAE,Can i travel to UAE by road with the entry permit - Employment Visa.

Yes you can enter with that visa by any port weather sea port, road port or air port.

But wait a minute. Is your employement visa / Entry Permit is pasted on your passport ? Because in Indian's case the visa is pasted on the passport at embassy or consulates of UAE in India
