I think for legal US documents they need to be officially notarized at the US consulate/embassy. You can log on to their online appointment site for booking. And the availability is normally about 1-2 weeks out.

Actually I found out that there is an app that can be used from anywhere in the world to have paperwork notarized in the USA. Not all states accept electronic notary services. Thankfully for me mine does. As long as you have an ok internet connection you can use the app called Notarize. Plus it's only half the cost of having something notarized here.
