Balloonies

Hi
Both my parents are deceased and left a property in Mauritius.
We are 4 siblings only I is looking after my parents affairs here and in Mauritius.
My siblings have no interest in the Mauritius property.
The deeds for the house are still in my parents name can I sell the property on my own as none of siblings are interested? They have refused to sign anything.
I am the trustee of my father's Will made in the UK as both parents reside in UK.
My father's Will left us all the same in the UK but everything in Mauritius to me.
Am I able to proceed without their permission?

Regards and I look forward to your response.

I thank you in advance
